She just freaks out after you pass 33 corruption, which is also the threshold to be allowed into the Bizarre Bazaar without fighting. After that, you just need to increase your corruption (Akbal helps a lot with that if you submit) until you're around 90 or 100 so that you can fully corrupt her.

You need to get and use one of the hairdyes dropped by the goblins once you've chugged enough goblin ales to be a goblin in all but name... once your hair is pink, blue, etc, the game classifies you as a goblin and you can use the workshop at Lumi's

So I've been doing the goblin mech and only one upgrade remains, one that requires raiju plasma... which isn't in the debug library and Electra doesn't give it... So how do we get that? EDIT: Nevermind, perusing the changelog I found it: having sex with Electra while in camp.

Provided you activate the debug mode in the settings, just type "debug" quickly (I use the Camp sub-menu because there's less chance of triggering anything else) and the debug menu appears where you can cheat as much as you please. I've played n6 as well and the hunger bug hasn't popped up...

Well, the RNG for the exploration scenes is seriously fucked up. And adding even more events to the event pool didn't help it get better. (S)He means Marae. You can fight her after you've finished the factory, actually... winning though, that's another thing altogether. But with pure Marae she's fightable after getting the pure pearl when using the boat. She's one of the encounters that will proc. You can choose to fight or not...
