I noticed on the wiki that it is possible to buy Lucifer Candy Apples from Sera on Tavros, under certain conditions. Having tried to trigger these conditions for a little while without success, is it possible at all, or is it because this content is not implemented yet?

Topic says "Last" build. Does that mean the game wont get any more updates? Also: Hi, pretty new to the forums, so I'm sorry if this question has already been asked before.

I noticed that several features are still missing, and that the github site states that the last update was 11 months ago. I was just wondering if the character viewer is a project that is still being worked on, or has it been scrubbed in favor of other more important features?
