You can't just sit idly by while the mantis-creature ravishes the poor harpy, but you think better of a direct confrontation -- she's a big one and, proud as you may be, you know full well fighting isn't your strong suit yet. The element of surprise is still on your side, though, so you clutch your spear tightly and start moving, circling around behind the pair through the brush.

Though your pace has quickened, the creature is too distracted by her prey to take notice until it's too late. You lunge out of the brush, swinging the blunted end of your spear-staff in a sweeping arc at the mantis's head. The blow connects, hard, eliciting a shrill shriek of surprise from the creature; before it can fully turn to face its attacker, you thrust out a hand and focus your will into the raw, fiery act of conjuration.
A jet of flames erupt from the empty air between your claws, lapping hungrily at the mantis's insectile carapace. The creature recoils, stumbling back in pain, surprise, and confusion. Hissing and buzzing, its wings unfurl and haul it out of your reach. It leaps into the branches of a tree nearby, echoing the crashing sounds you'd heard before as the tree shudders from side to side with her massive weight.
"You'll regret this!" the mantis-woman snarls, bearing a pair of sharp fangs at you -- and still drooling glistening nectar from the thick organ between her lower legs. Rather than counterattack, though, she huffs and leaps into the shadows, taking wing through the woods away from you. Guess you scared her off... for now.
Your attention turns to the harpy: a curvy, fleshy thing half covered in blue-white feathers. Her wings flap weakly on the ground, and her legs are still splayed to blatantly reveal a sex surrounded by a downy white fluff, parted open after the mantis's attentions. She moans weakly, still dazed from the attack.
