If you're taking about what's in the left when you're inside of the ways between, that's the waystone to Tychris.

Getting either the title of champion of hawkthorne or champion of frost.

You need to go to Tychris and unlock the Waystone there.

If you have the Champion title and go to the Waystone square in Hawkethorne, River will give you a quest called The Princess's Dilemma, which will bring you to the old Caravanserai in Harvest Valley and from there to Tychris.
