It seemed like that was it before I asked, but I could have sworn I submitted more than once. Are you sure it's number of times instead of listing each substance once?
Well after some testing the log doesn't keep track of 2 of the drugs infinboner and booze oompas. I was hoping you could just add up times drugs were taken and that's how many times you would have lost and submit. So I guess there is no way to know.

From what you're describing, it sounds like you're trying to open Save files (.JSON). There are JSON-reader websites that will make them more readable.
In order to read the game code, you can open the Console (usually F12). Unfortunately, it's a lot harder to read than it could be because it's 'minimized': Variables are reduced to 1-2 letter names, which makes them very difficult to track.
