There's a bunch of images on the wiki for different companion sets but they don't show up in my game. Is this intentional, something I can change in settings?

Can you not see their set images by just clicking 'appearance' in their dialogue menu?
Could be possible. It's not part of their character sheets though.

Like i mentioned earlier, Azyrran's are actually working with the exception of the Lightbearer set.
Took a quick look through the "fulls" folder and seems like they forgot to put Moira's art piece for the Lightbearer set into the game.

I don't know what you're trying to show here? The image on the right is what I'm pretty sure savin is referring to as their conversation bust, if that's what you wanted to point towards.
Pretty sure savin also mentioned in the past those busts never getting set changes and azzy is just an exception.

I misinterpreted what Savin said, thinking he meant the character sheets were supposed to show the “correct” bust.
Anyways, for someone who doesn’t know what he said in the past, there’s no way to know that this isn’t simply a consistency issue with the game.

You Companions' busts on the right-hand panel don't change based on their set (EXCEPTING AZZY'S DRAGOON AND BIMBO because they are both a TF and personality shift combo); their set busts are just used in special places like their character sheet and combat icon. This is because the set busts are only a single image; they don't account for TFs, pregnancy, etc. We made the decision when we started doing set busts that we'd rather keep the conversational busts displaying correctly for those things than for their clothes.
Again, Azzy is an exception to the rule since her sets come pre-packaged with her TFs.
