The idea is to have your cocks(s) fixed to a managable size to access most general content and only disabling the Implant to "go hyper" when you want to engage in hyper content.

How does this work for multiple penises? Just the first?

Ideally, the Implant would affect all penises at the same rate. For example if you set the Implant to 70%, all penises would shrink to 70% their original sizes. Alternately, the option to individually configure each cock would also be neat altho it might be too much work.

This. The only reason I even use Inseminator Pro is just to guarantee impregnation at this rate, or to farm money for Bizzy and her mother passively. Nowadays, there are so many scenes requiring both big cocks and small cocks that 1ft long cock(the max size to fuck vanae and minimum to impregnate Amber) isn't an all-access size anymore.
