where can i find water and medicine for raizel in undermountain?

would also like to know.
i've tried buying most of the "alchemists" stock. Which i assume is our lovely wyld elf Ivris?
i've found medicinal herbs etc. And i've been around everywhere on the "lake" in the undermountain, but no option to scoop up water.
but i dont get an option to give them to Raizel.
edit: even tried buying holy water. But that didn't change anything either.

wait what?... Medicinal herbs are already a thing. Why not use that? in the form of vulnary and wyldsap atleast. i could have sworn that my last character has items that literally had the description "medicinal herbs" aswell.

I found water at the lake. I got it at Livernus' southern "port", but it's probably available at both. I got herbs from Ivris. I played it after the latest hotfix. maybe it was fixed then. I also got the impression that she'll get better by time, in which case the water and herbs will probably disappear.

Alright, I tried to find it on both my corrupt and my pure characters. The pure character found it while it doesn't appear for my corrupt character.

I already tried those. You need specific key items to heal her.
