I completed this quest a while ago and it’s still showing up on my current quests. Is there a way to go back to the dungeon or find olivia?

i think my problem is that i forgot to go back and talk to her after defeating the other two

Oof. Yeah, that'll do it. You can't tell her to come to the wayfort unless you come back after beating the other captains but before fighting Asgeir.
