So when you
knock one of the maidens up
, the other sister talks about the other "burying the shame so they can still get married down the line". I'd like to do right by them, is this planned content for the champion?

Is what planned content? Them hiding the children? That seems more like an off screen sorta thing.

Probably not marrying but perhaps becoming an Concubinage like with what happend with Rindo.
Would be even better that down the line if played well your cards you would end up knocking up the other aswell (Miko & Mai) as by so coming up to Komari's doorstep with an 'ups i did it again' and taking both as concubines at the end (would be lovely for Mai to also have an post preg image update like all the other kitsunes).

Yeah I think it's kind of fucked up that Mai loses being the successor because of the best person in all of the Frost Marches knocking her up. Why's it so wrong for her but not like, Hotaru or Kohaku? Why would it be shameful when everyone knows how cool the Champion is? Why doesn't Komari push for the marriage or concubinage with the champion instead?

Because Mai is the heir to a noble house. Political marriages and bloodlines n whatnot are very important to the kitsune, so unfortunately making Mai (or Miko) a concubine to a foreigner reflects very badly on Komari's house. Not the same for Hotaru, Kohaku or Rindo.

Than maybe only if the PC becomes the Champion of Keros he could get an Concubinage with either one of them or maybe both if expanded upon the story like something i suggested above.

I still think of the silver lining. Now she doesn’t smoke anymore and has more emotions, while her sister learns to have more self control.

Feel like this could be a nice side bonus to soulbinding to Keros - Honestly soulbind exclusive marriages or content for each would be nice considering there will be exclusive content for not doing so.

The exclusive content for each Soulbind are the various Powers you get. From what I understand, you can either give up your soul to one of the Gods in exchange for some pretty good powers, or you keep your Soul for the ability to Romance Kasyrra and maybe find a way to Redeem her. Short term vs. Long term gain.
(I'm still not sure why people like to soulbind anyways. Keros uses foodstuff to explain the process of losing your soul, and just how much fiction has been produced with the moral of "Selling your soul never works out to your favor?")

By your own admission, you don't understand why people soulbind, which leads to the assumption you don't feel what you gain is worth what you lose, ergo not enough balance between the options to warrant it (at least in your opinion).

We all know the powers and the little bit of fame/notoriety you get for binding yourself to one of the Gods are the point. I just think there is wiggle room for some exclusive side content, even if we don't get any. If you keep your soul and want to romance Kas and/or redeem her the loss of the powers does mean the content disparity will be larger naturally - but I wouldn't be surprised if there is exclusive items or powers to the path at some point as well.

As Papum pointed out, there is potential for small amount of extra side content - such as your position of power as a Champion of Keros allowing you to concubine the twin you knocked up and saving her honor. I feel this is a minor enough benefit that increases interest in soulbinding, while not overpowering the other side that literally changes the outcome of the story.
