Can't update or download the imagepack

Windows 10. When I try to download the imagepack, there's a notification with something like 0/2333 (the download progress), but it doesn't go further than 0. I actually didn't have this problem before, found it somewhere in the late december. Before that there was no problems with downloading or updating the imagepack. Removing the folder where the imagepack, saves and other stuff are being stored didn't help. VPN didn't help either, thought this might be because of fenoxo website not running properly in my country without it.

Here's the logs if I try to run the game executable with the command window and try to download the imagepack

Loading file C:\Users\DNS\AppData\Roaming\tits\GameData\TITS_Options.json

I don't have experience in this lane, so I can't give any useful advice or fixes, but I'm told the issue may actually be your VPN or its settings.

That's likely not the issue, I've tried to update it many times, both with and without VPN, also tried different servers, but the result is the same. I could try a different VPN, but all the free ones have stopped working on PC

The error at the end indicates an issue with your GPU drivers. I would check for an update or do fresh install if there isn't one.

Update: wait, no, just looked through the text properly and there's a large wall of some errors. And also Windows just spews out the "TiTS doesn't respond" if I try to interact with the game

ECONNRESET basically just means that the connection is getting terminated after being able to connect originally. If it isn't from the server side, usually it's going to be from a VPN or firewall, but can also be caused by things such as packet loss. You could temporarily disable your firewall just for the purpose of downloading the image pack. Based off of what you said earlier though, the issue might be that you can't connect with a VPN because the API doesn't like it and can't connect without the VPN because of regional restrictions.

Alternatively, somebody could upload the image pack to a file sharing site and you could try manually updating it.
