I don't think there is a difference. It's + to Crit Chance (base 5%, max 50%).
The to-hit calculation is something like
rand(1-100) + (Aim/2.5 OR Physique/2.5) + Accuracy vs (Reflexes/2.5) + Evasion
If the attacker's number is higher, it's a hit. Otherwise, it's a miss.
Blind imposes an Accuracy penalty. -50 when using Ranged, -33 when using Melee. If I'm reading the code right.
Based on the syntax, I would make an educated guess that Critical Bonus = Critical Effectiveness (i.e. the multiplier for the damage/heal when a critical occurs, like the ability Sniper in Pokemon raising the dmg from 1.5 to 2.25)
Bonus Crit is probably Bonus Critical Chance, which can be raised all the way to 100% so that every applicable action will always result in a Critical
I saw the bimbo perks for Kineticist got changed to apply to more stat checks. Does Third Eye Aim still substitute Int for as many checks? Is there a way for me to see where Third Eye Aim is applied while playing? Like a console command or something?

They're on Uveto in the Freezer not Tavros. If you mean Krissy the wiki says they have a 10% spawn rate and can appear near bars so try bar hopping planets besides Canadia.

Coming back to the game after awhile away, and got to the first Sophora encounter. After losing to her I got a message about whether I wanted to "solve her mystery" or never encounter her again. Is there a mystery to solve, or is that a hook for future updates?
There's currently no future content for her and I think that's locked in for the foreseeable future.
Damn, thought I read something a while ago about her content update just taking a while to come out. Is it never happening, then? This is as far as she goes?
The author of Sophora has left the project. So, someone else would have to pick it up and run with it. And I don't know what the rules and etiquette are for continuing someone else's content.

His work is a special case that everyone on board with content creation here has collectively agreed to leave it as is.
I'm sad about it too, but it's for the best to steel your heart to it.

That was unpleasant but enlightening. I had always hoped to see more of the command deck, particularly anything related to Rats' Raiders. I always loved Ffion and Claes...
That seems, however, unlikely to ever be and I need to accept that.
However, now I really feel like I need to edit up my transformative document and practice more on it.
I am absolutely desperate for more Rodenian content, and if Will's stuff is in stasis (which I do not disagree with), then the only thing to do is learn how to make a new Rodenian crew mate myself.
