Hi, I'm trying to make a character that undergoes a natural heat cycle and I was thinking of a half-lupine. Do half-lupine still undergo a heat cycle, or is it only full Lupine?

brother, there are no player half-races
oh yeaaah... I don't know why but I got it in my head that there were, that's a TiTs thing. What I really mean, though, is whether the game will count me as Lupine if I dodge getting the fur

depends on your starter race i think, when i play a wyld elf if i dont get a FULL BODY transformation it still counts my champ as a wyld elf

only way to get heat/rut cycle regardless of race score is to get the corrupted alpha matriarch/patriarch perk. Ortherwise you need to meet the racial score for lupine, catfolk, or deerfolk. The perk is obtainable either through the odd looking salve, and I think Dark dragonsblood.

As was stated, unless the journal says you're a lupine, you don't get heat. You might be able to have enough lupine parts that you count even if you have skin instead of fur, only way to know is to experiment.

If it doesn't work though, you can get an enchanted stud from Evergreen that gives you a heat/rut cycle.
