I see. The Willpower and Libido ones, I don't quite get the less than and more than meaning. Willpower < 50%, from my total Willpower?

If my Willpower is 10 and Libido is 10, I need both parameter to be Willpower =4 and Libido is 16, for it to trigger the dream?
