Fixed [0.9.148-PUBLIC#6589] NPC Height Issues

1. Hyraxi Alpha & Wrenchboy have no Tallness? Hyraxi males are usually 48 + rand(24).
2. Akkadi Dropship has no Tallness.
3. Estellia doesn't have a Tallness. (Not to be confused with her Tank, which does.)
4. Commander Henderson's description says he's 'easily seven feet tall', but his actual Tallness is 68" (5'8")
5. Captain Holmes should probably be taller, too.
6. Nym-Foe doesn't have a Tallness.
7. Pump-King says she's 6'3", but Tallness is 68" (5'8")
8. Zil Hoverfly says he's 5'7, but is actually 54" (4'6")
9. Zil Tribe is 54". Females are 66" (5'6"). Are we averaging with children?
10. Queen Taivra should probably have a set height.
11. Nyrean Princess should probably have a set height.
12. Nyrean height randomizer is weird.
13. Zil are 'typically' 5'7" according to the Codex, but that's actually at the tall end.

There are a number of randomized NPC heights that look like they're supposed to add one or more feet, but don't take into account rand() is exclusive on the top end.

Hopefully all fixed for the next release.

1. Hyraxi Alpha & Wrenchboy have no Tallness? Hyraxi males are usually 48 + rand(24).

These hyraxi and the Witchboy are all extensions of the "Yeen" character data, so they inherite whatever tallness is rolled from there (48 + rand(24)).

10. Queen Taivra should probably have a set height.
11. Nyrean Princess should probably have a set height.
12. Nyrean height randomizer is weird.

Victims of copy-paste, I think. The generic nyreans should be randomized, but the static characters like Taivra and Princess should have consistent tallness values.

Mimbrane, Cockvine, Cuntsnake

These are going off their body lengths, so have a very small value to a large one is normal. The Sandworm is supposed to be gigantic though, so it's set to be pretty tall.
