An problem i recentely found out is that Exertion when used with Everblossom Hood will cause it's backlash damage to count as enemy damage even though Though it seems as an great ideia to have an regen always up, it will nuke your threat aswell.
Especially when facing large groups or bosses and mobs like 'Charline' in the Windy Peaks that have lot of rounds, so the PC losses the top threat spot really quik.

Build: 0.8.13

Have analysing this and considering ingame the reprecusions an bit more, i came to the conclusion that even though all that is said above is true it still has an benefit that i oversaw and had not realised when i first wrote this.
That is every time you get hit by an enemy damage source (Exertion included) the Everblossom Hood will trigger each time and heal you instantly that hit, and that can happen multiple times in an round so in essence in losing some aggro it will mitigate some of the damage instantly that Exertion deals back to the user becoming somewhat of an reasonable trade out if you can generate an great threat output (this usually happens when i'm using two good threat generating Powers in the build even thouh i'm still of the opinion that some threat Powers could use an little buff in threat generation) to maintain the Everblossom Hood's threat loss especially in the extreme of situations namely those you are hit multiple times till your next round.
