At the waystones party selection do the images of the party members reflect their current selected sets or always their basic ones?

If i'm not mistaken some time ago it did reflect the selected set's, but now i only see the basic ones when i go to change the party at the waystone's.

CG of sets are only shown during appearance screen if they have one.

Currently yes, but i vaguely remmember that they were also shown in the party selection screen at the waystones and the character tab right screen aswell some time ago, yet currently don't anymore.
Personally i like that alot because of that you could see the current set as it appears in the party screen, it was more immersive.
