Need Additional Data dynamic character model broken and a re-appearing save

I have two very weird problems with the current update.
1. my dynamic character model is broken. it either disappears or is all jumbled.
2. a save a made two updates ago won't stay deleted. every update it comes back. idk if it's related to the first thing or if something else is causing both. I've tried clearing everything and reinstalling but nothing works. and I can't find the in-game save data to manually deleted. ik something is corrupted but I can't find the conflict or where it's pulling this old save from.

There was a previous bug report with a similar issue but I never got word back on if my changes solved the problem. Don't worry though, it isn't your game that is broken, it's likely that your browser or device is what is causing the glitched rendering.

If possible, can you try adjusting the graphics option and see if it makes a difference? Go to Options, Graphics, Vector Image Filter Effects, and toggle the option to Off. This will disable the glowing effect by removing a data block on the mannequin that creates that filter effect. If what I assume is correct, that might be what is causing the rendering issue.

I'm having a similar issue to this guy. Turning off the vector image effects fixes the wierd lack of coloring/see-through effect but instead now the body gets cut off at different points or just completely disappears in the menus. I'm also having issues with my saves being deleted randomly while playing.
