I already said it was the tentacle one, from the tentatool pill, but here's my save. I had cheated slightly to undo unknowingly doing the halloween event, so cheats are on, here's the save.
the bits I changed don't make sense to me that they'd block it, but you never know, maybe it's my fault?
I have done cheating and a little bit of save editing, which is also cheating. I didn't mess with flags tho
There are a bunch of scenes that specifically require the (parasitic) Cunt-Snake, because they're written with the assumption the tail has a mind of it's own and will act independently. The list has been growing longer because whenever someone brings it up, the developers restrict it, rather than writing a variant for non-parasitic cunt-tails.

"tentacle vagina tail" isn't exactly a proper noun so it was easy to be unsure if you meant cuntsnake or not with layman's terms (you didn't mention the pill)
But yeah, the edit I made on my reply was trying to communicate the same thing Theron did, an unknown amount of scenes, that sound like any kind of vagina attached to a prehensile limb would work, actually require specifically one and not the other. Chalk that up to the nature of multiple contributors and coders with distinct yet identically similar bodyparts. Funny quirk
I think on the wiki it's listed as an either-or scene, too, which is why I was looking for it in the first place. RIP
