How do we get the Drifa in rut against the pc when she goes through the green goo scene in the 'Knot Cave'?

iirc you have to have become her lover before the dungeon, which you can prevent her from getting kidnapped to or lose the fight/watch her get taken and then go rescue her in the dungeon.
