They seems to fear that we will bullshit our way with stack of them.
Specially in cases there some enemies can nuke your MC in one turn if you get unlucky with Threat (someone like Faceless Blade that even after merge of Resolve and Health still can do Reselve nuke and delete some builds if she decide so).

Yet it will remain the same but with an cumbersome attachded to i due to the fact you would take a lot of them in your inventory and fill it up. So in essence it is just an quality of life change for extended gameplay. Probably put an daily limit cooldown on it like an ultimate to balance stacking it up.

The fact that they take up a slot each is a very intended balance choice, so it wouldn't be a quality of life upgrade, it would be a nerf to overall difficulty which already is easy to lower with the aptly-named Easy Mode.
Instead of creating a bunch of threads asking for changes, there is literally two stickied threads for those purposes, one for gripes and one for suggestions. Savin checks them regularly. There is no reason to flood out everyone else with your gripes/suggestions.
