[Not A Bug] Leveling up keeps softlocking me

I didn't know where to put this since I don't think it's a bug. Everytime I try to level up the game keeps telling me I have negitive points. I tried fixing it in a save editor but I dont know how. the number keeps changing from -2307, to -337, to -227, in the attached save it should say -97 or somewhere around there. I hope this is fixable because really don't wanna lose my 700 plus day character

Try this. If it works, you'll need to save edit to get your stats back the way you had them.

For future reference, do not edit your stats in the character stats page. The easiest way I found to edit stats with no issues is to edit them in perks->starting bonuses.

For your save file fixing did you try to modify your stat levels back to normal? How did you modify your stats to begin with?
