Where the elves at?

So, i found out you can do the horizontal tango with the elves that acompany Elthara

Problem is, i just don't seem to be able to find them anywhere

How do i partake on procreative activities with them? Wiki says El must be on the Wayford, and then i have to do the "throne" scene, but how do i do that?

To get her to the wayfort you need to have sexed her previously and be level six. She'll visit for about 3 days every 14 and sends you a letter whenever she arrives. To unlock the throne scene itself, you must have completed shadows over the sun. Also absolutely based signature

It is every 10 days now - and the letter only arrives in Hawkethorne, and seeing the letter is required to spawn her in Wayfort every time.
