Anyone who actually have a clue how to edit save files, is it possible to edit in so the Midwinter Festivus happens?

I can't be sure but I might have fucked up somewhere in the save before; I fought Hethia in dog days but edited her back into the Winter Castle after everything with Alissa went down. I've finished Specter of the Wyld but haven't gotten the Festivus event

Fucking hell, I walked between the two for almost half a day before I checked my settings and realized the seasonal events were on auto instead of on. Thanks anyways
