Are there plans for downloadable redesign?

Currently, it seems you can only play the new javascript redesign on a browser. Are there any plans for it to eventually be downloadable on PC or other devices?

Technically when you play the game in your browser you download it to your computer.
I made the game a bit easier to download for offline use at my post.
