In essence, the question is simple-do dwarf women have facial hair, and if so, how much?

For me personally, the answer is that while Dwarf women are able to grow facial hair, they usually don’t grow full beards unless they are incredibly traditional and conservative. Most common are sideburns, but there is definitely a lot of variety, depending both on individual preferences and culture.

What do you think?

That's one of the things about being fictional: it can and does vary depending on the series. They do in Tolkien's works, but not in Dragon Age.
I mean, obviously; I meant more on the lines of personal preference and stuff.

I like dwarf women having facial hair since it helps make them not just be short versions of human women. I also like when they’re wider and are built like the males but curvier.

Ah. In that case:
Sexually: as a gynesexual, I prefer no beards. Then again, I'm not really into the short-and-stocky body type, so I find dwarven women less attractive than most other women anyways.
From a world-building perspective: I'm completely fine with them, but I don't think they're a requirement.
