Next patch update for level cap, quest progression, and encounters

I just maxed out my character and completed Alrune, orcish warcamp bosses. Also, whenever I am attempting to go to the warchief room, no interaction available is forced leaved. There’s a another way to get into the war chief chambers aswell??
