When you go to New Texas just listen to Country roads by John Denver or Sweet home Alabama.

I usually like to listen to any track made by SYRSA because most fit in with the space vibe
such as "Syrsa-Rita" for Tavros, "Syrsa-Motus" for Tarkus,"Syrsa - Terra - Ruchalus" for any time you're fighting the void and i can keep listing these off.

Time for my music nerdiness to shine.

Tavros: Gazing out of the giant space window as the station slowly hurdles around the local sun.

Mhen'ga: The light shining through the trees into the rivers and ponds, mountains and views for miles around. Kinda like Jamaica.

Tarkus: Big expanse of ancient wreckage and desolation, strangely enchanting. The heat and the vastness makes it seem endless.

Myrellion: Hard to place. There's a certain grimness to it all, always some little insect being busy in some way or another. Always tense, secrets hidden everywhere. "The warriors are all gone, slowly we come undone..."

Uveto: Arduous to traverse, endless, confusing. The frozen nature of it all is unforgiving yet still there's a beauty to it.

Canadia Station: Has no right to be such a happy place yet it's just so... nice. The kind of lethargy that only being on vacation brings.

Zheng Shi: Truly a dystopian landmark, filled with scummy asses to kick and sci-fi tropes galore. Need a hard fuckin' banger to keep the blood going in the dark tunnels.

Alternatively, the one true song for Zheng Shi, which helps cuz they're both pretty Scooby Doo:

Gastigoth: It's a prison in the most grim of locations i.e. nowhere space. Dirty deeds all wrapped up behind closed doors under one woman's watchful eye. "I sold all the things I love for a place in this house of control"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ah5fxdxPKlU

Poe A: Shit's one big party in a massive capital city, it's as cosmopolitan and wild as anything can be.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30FTr6G53VU

New Texas: Nothing fancy, just some spacey country. "Young love, it's on the blackberry vine"

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXs1_BRoDM8

Bonus: places within places.

Irestead: The one thing between freezing and freezing to death. While the wind blows outside, you can just be happy being safe.

Yakuza Hideout: Akane's personal peace palace, it's all about how she runs it: very sexily-like.

Maike's Digsite: Hard AF Boss needs hard AF boss music.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0FgqfDT86d4

The Entite: A little pocket of strangeness, wonder and the feeling that something's a little wrong with it... spacey, unsettling, everywhere and nowhere.

Bonus bonus: Fisi's theme.

I'm surprised and very disappointed that no one has mentioned Rage Against the Machine's "Bulls on Parade" for New Texas.
