I've completed the SyriQuest and gotten her extended dialogue options where it mentions a cunt sleeve. Where exactly do I find this?

On the same floor where you encounter the computer you can steal data for credits and the horny cat lady. If you've completed Syri Quest you've unfortunately missed it.

You also have to rescue Valden for the option to appear, but I'm guessing you did that else the option is fully non-existent from what I remember.
