Is there any disadvantage to dual wielding as opposed to wielding only one weapon with nothing on the offhand?

The offhand weapon loses 10 accuracy, and deals less damage.

But:
Let's say you use CLEAVE against 3 enemies, you'll do 3 attacks, one per enemy.
However, with an offhand weapon, you'll do 6, 2 attacks per enemy Don't know if it's intended.

(I went off topic)

No disadvantages, except that your main hand weapon needs to have the [light] tag. An empty off-hand gives you nothing at all.

I suppose if your offhand weapon has some penalty (like Flaming Dagger's -5 Accuracy) you could say there's a disadvantage, but otherwise no.

Is there a way to force our PC to dual-wield non-offhand weapons using the Save Editor or make it easier using it?
