    It is 100%, yeah. I actually tried the lip reduction with Minoblood Wine with none bimbo character, and lip rating 6 is the lowest i can get it to that way. How are you supposed to get it lower than that? :D

    well, first you have to get the collaring event, and then you have to get her lust high enough and then you should be able to do it.
