Pheromone Cloud and Jungle Queen Scent/Snu-Snu Queen are not race-locked. Neither is the Musk Magnifier implant. JQS can be lost, but only if Tone < 50.

Pheromones are capped at 5. 50% = +2.5 vs non-Blind targets (which is most of them). 150% = 7.5 vs Blind. Only Smugglers and Kineticists have access to Blind attacks natively. Will it be worth Blinding for the Pheromone bonus? I'm not sure. 'Shine' will apply against most opponents...
