Where is tanuki?

I'm playing on the (as far as im aware) up to date version of the xianxia mod for the 1st CoC and the tanuki race is no where to be seen, and yet it still has a mutation related to it. I love tanuki's and would like to know why it as a race is just not there.

The baker in Tel'adre sells Ringtail Figs (under "Ingredients") that TF you into a Racoon. once you're 'coon enough and have a dick and balls, you can get the mutation.
