I just got the Sidewinder ship, and just realized something. The ship my crew was using before I got Sidewinder is now missing. What happened to it?

That Paige or someone else that remained on my ship fly it out after I escape with sidewinder and on Tavros we decide which storage to take? Or how else did my companions came of from Zheng Shi with all the storage inside plus the whole database and equipment like Mindwashvisor?
