Fixed Zephyr pissed?

Hopefully fixed for the next release.
The updated Zephyr-annoyed feature had a typo and was missing an "else"--so after visiting her in the nursery, she would be stuck in annoyed status if she wasn't annoyed before (which might be why it never appeared when I was testing the feature). The fix should also automatically clear Zephyr's annoyed status upon entering her office if it is stuck with the wrong values.
