Wraith Touch deals resolve damage (0.6.3)

I first saw this when I fought the Wraith when 0.6.2 came out, Kas got hit with it and nothing happened. I only now just remembered about it so I edited in the power with the pc equip power console input due to not being able to grab a pic from the fight, I hope that does not effect anything. As the Picture shows when used on an enemy it deals blue resolve damage and the health bar never moves despite the power card stating it does hp damage.

Version (0.6.3) This happened on both the download version and on the browser version.
