[working as intended] With Burt fixed, can't sell entire stacks to him

Great to see Burt working again. There's still an odd issue with item stacking:


But either way, when you click on the ZilRations you only sell one at a time.

edit: after peaking behind the curtain, clearly working as intended with Burt and stacks. Odd stack sizes and behavior is another issue.
