Hey there, naive first-time poster here. (get your exasperated groans out now, folks)
I've been playing TiTS for about a year now, and have gotten comfortable enough with it that I feel ready (at least as ready as I'll ever be) to attempt contributing. Now, I'm trying my hardest to not be under any illusions here: I'm not expecting to be the lord and savior Mary Sue who's going to have a perfect draft on the first time that needs no editing, doesn't get stuck in writing hell, and saves the whole world from evil Fire Lord Ozai. But I do know that I've dabbled in writing since elementary school, and like to think I'm half decent at it.
So anyways, what am I carrying on about? Basically, I'm trying to say that I have a (very) rough draft for a TF item. I figured I'd start out small, with a fairly utilitarian item that allows much more convenient access to a set of racial tags already in the game, but locked under very specific (or non-existent) circumstances. All of the arachnid flags have been in the game for quite a while through Holiday's spider suit, but it's all very rigid. I'm attempting to open up those traits more, add a few new ones in, and (finally) bring in some drider stuff like in CoC.
Speaking of which, yes, a lot of this is more-or-less taken right from CoC and spiced up a bit. I'm not trying to be lazy, or unoriginal, I just want to flesh out the absolute bare bones of what's in the game already. I want to be able to add a lot of the spider, drider, and (especially) ovipositor-based stuff from CoC. if that means that I have to write up my own item and (eventually) sex scenes, so be it.
Anyways, TL;DR is that I'm new, I like driders, a lot of that material is already in TiTS, and I have a draft for a TF item to make it all more cohesive.

As of posting, it's just the physical transformations, but I hope to write the appearance and transformation blurbs soon. In the meantime, I'd greatly appreciate if you, kind forumite, would skim through it and tell me what the proper way to format stuff is (I'm sure I screwed it up somewhere in there), add some suggestions, or just tell me how terrible a job I'm doing now before I get too invested.
Regardless, I appreciate whatever you'll give me, and hope that I can at least get a bit of writing experience out of this at worst, and my own little pet-TF at best.
