Wings clipped??.

Don't know if it is a change or error but, I used to be able to wrap my wings around to cover up without the need to dress.

The description still has the wings as being large enough to be used as a cloak, but the option to wrap or not is gone.

Is this meant to be?

What wings do you have? Where are you looking?
The option to wrap around the body appears for Avian, Demon, Dove & Gryvain, for me.

Dove wings. Just not finding the option any more.

Where are you looking? It's under Appearance (you can get there from the Codex or the character bust).
You might want to upload your save.

Thanks. It looks like your character does not have that option since the dove wings fall under another condition: have 4 or more dove wings will enable the "can cover self" check. When your character reaches that value range, the option for changing the wing position should appear.

Ah, usually have four to six in the first use so never knew. Thanks for both info and help.
