Bugged [Win10] [v0.9.116] - "Determining Image Pack Status..." Indefinitely

Reinstalled TiTs to update it to the latest version [0.9.116].
Launched the EXE.
Went to the main menu and the "Download Imagepack" button is grayed out and stuck "Determining the image pack status...".
Tried booting as admin, reinstalled it, wiping the appdata, etc. Nothing works.

When wiping the appdata and reinstalling, the game does install the initial image installation but do not complete the process and is instead stuck on indefinitely downloading with the "Download Imagepack" button stuck on "Abort download and save progress".

Also dunno if it's a related but the character portraits are now a somewhat lower resolution too.

I'm using Windows 10 [v22H2 - OS Build 19045.5131]

Update: Okay, I managed to fix it after completely deleting both the game and appdata and doing a full reinstall of the game. Thankfully, restoring the previous GameData Folder's contents to the new one doesn't seem to be causing the issue to persist from what I can tell.

There's a big overhaul in the pipeline that will land in a few more weeks that simplifies how the whole imagepack system works. All the code is done, but I needed the Electron save changes to go through and have a chance to percolate for a while before I can push that out of the door too.
