I was curious since she reminded me a lot of Arona, and we eventually got a couple paths with her, a quest, and even a companion. Hell I'd LOVE to make her a sub like Arona is on my playthrough or at the very least a switch, hell maybe even knock HER up.

Companions are closed and SKoW already has one anyways so that was never an option. Arona was planned from the start to be a companion and the only reason it didn't happen sooner is that Savin had a lot of other things that wound up being more pressing so completing her post-Conquest recruitment took longer than expected.
To my knowledge there are no current plans for a Hashat expac but that doesn't mean one couldn't be written or that a community writer couldn't propose something and run it by SKoW so like just about everything in the game it's entirely possible for her to get additional content for as long as the game is under development.
