Indeed, it's been asked and the answers produce a one hundred percent return for: NO.

Here's but one example and it is very definite on this point.

As far as I know only Taoth, the Trickster God or Kitsune God(I don't remember his title), will show up later in the game to challenge Keros.

I think he is the only CoC character that will make a appearance in CoC2.
