I was wondering how often the Wiki information is updated, I went looking for Transformation Items to check the effects but none of them have any information written down. I know the Nagazm makes you into a Naga, Canis into a dog, Felinix into a cat, Equinium into a horse/centaur, Lobos into a wolf and Avia into a bird. Specifics would be nice, because they all have added effects other than just changing your appearance(as shown when debug mode is enabled).
