Why was I able to access Poe A encounter after Halloween?

I started up a new save file last night, and I got the email to go to Poe A after getting my first level up and a bit of cash so I figured I'd go slut it up at Tarkus station and get some nice shiny things and when I flew there is when I got the message. 


I'm fairly certain the game got confused and just gave it to me somehow.

Because it's intended. there is a low chance to do so.

It is not a holiday exclusive event, though you will all but assured to get it on the relevant holiday.


This isn't how you put down a bug report either, but it's not so whatev threat down.
