After having build 0.7.104 up on e621 for a few days I had to reload it and it didn't turn up I looked on fenoxo's profile and my computer history but it is like it was never there was it removed? did something happen? if it was removed then why? or am I just crazy?

Backer builds are patreon exclusive stuff, and E621 don't take to kindly to you posting pay stuff.
This should be common knowledge by now. Only pub builds have went there, backer builds are still pay-to-view (As they should be). >.>

Does the public patch include all the gun stuff? It doesn't mention anything aobut it in the patch notes
Yes, everything in the backer builds in any public build that comes after it unless it is specifically noted as being removed. I don't know why Fen isn't making a full list like he usually does, but that is still the case.
