As above. It seems strange the only way to get one with a proper description is by making it with galomax instead of the demon transformation item.
At the time it was implemented, there wasn't a line that specified penis changes for the transformation item, so it was never included. I was strictly staying as close to the author's (Nonesuch) outline as possible--though I did add in a tail cock transformation later on when I had the time for it. If there is something written related to whatever is missing, it can easily be added into the item.
