Why does vanae milk never fill above 100%?

So yer I have been trying to figure this out for awhile, I have looked at the public code to see if I could find what is causing this, but I couldn't find anything. This isn't limited to never filling above 100% Vanae milk also never naturally stops/slows production and has the ability to squirt milk. While we can now replicated both of these whether by perks or having the right numbers, never filling above 100% has never been seen outside of Vanae huntress and maiden milk types.

I am primarily interested in this because I would want to apply this to other milk types as 1 I dislike the descriptions when fullness is above 100% and 2 it makes staying under 20,000ml capacity much harder (cut-off threshold for the hand milk masturbation scenes drink milk version which I prefer). Due to this it means whenever I play a milky character I am encouraged to use Vanae milk types unless I want to read the description constantly.

100% fullness in normal lactation without constant milking would reduce milk creation rate until it stopped. Vanae milk bypassed that but at the time it was a novelty in the early life of the game. Then time happened and along comes Myrellion and Honeypot Gene that continues to make milk above 100% and also increase breast size when you "eat" something.

Does this help? Honestly a bit hard to follow and understand what exactly it is you're requesting.

Yes that helped its nice to know why vanae milk is so different to other milk types. Also sorry for the hard to follow post I have a habit of writing things in a way that only makes sense to me regardless of how much I try not to. Anyway onto what I guess I am now requesting is there any way to get the 100% limit on other milk types, whether it be via:

A personally modifying the game to apply the 100% limit to other milk types.

B get a in game items that would apply the 100% limit to your current milk type, with the effect/perk disappearing if milk type changes or likely the easier solution have each does of the item toggle on or off the effect. With the former I think this could be done by having the effect/perk store the milk type the PC had when they got the effect and simply have them lose the effect/perk when their milk type changes.
