Which conveys that the tail should possess both the tails long and prehensile as you can will it to wrap around someone's body, something a non-prehensile tail would be unable to do. Yet the Wiki states the tail does not possess these two traits. Another titbit is how when you TF Cait into a Leothran her tail retains the prehensility yet the PC cannot get the same tail.
