Like knocking out Tam after she tried to kill and you don't want to fuck her, tripping in front of shade or talking to her or flirting with her, or capturing Zil for Dr. Haswell?

Well high personality is kind and low personality is hard, so things that raise your score would be kind/lenient choices, while things that lower them would be callous/mean choices. Handing the Zil over to Haswell to be researched is definitely on the more callous end of the spectrum, and I suppose taking advantage of Tam is too? not sure about the Shade choices

1. She's literally asking for it. Isn't it kind of a jerk move to not give her what she wants? (I actually agree with you here).
2. You're being duplicitous, and it moves you toward Mischievous. I think that makes sense.
3. You're subjecting sapients to unwanted experimentation with permanent side-effects. In this universe, the effects aren't that bad, overall, but it's still not a nice thing to do.

Actually a 0-32 personality score is Kind, 33-65 personality score is Mischievous and 65-100 is Hard.
So if you want to be kind you would want to lower this score.
