Why can't I run from a Male Zil?

I was gonna put this in the bug forum but I'm not sure if this is actually a bug. You see, anytime I try and run from a male zil I get this screen.

You can’t flee, not when there’s a challenge to defeat. Especially not when said challenge has a penis. The mere thought of giving up enrages you!

Zipping forward, the zil brings his stiff dick right into your face. The soft shroud of his foreskin rubs hotly against you, peeling back to barely expose the ebony glans that is prodding your forehead. You gasp and stumble away, not realizing your mistake until the chemical deluge hits your senses. Mmmm, he smells so good that you could just drop down to your knees and let him drag it all over. (L: +1)

Could somebody explain to me why I can't run from this fucker. I try to avoid the fool cause he keeps filling up my inventory with sticks and shit. I think it might have to do with the bolded and underlined portion but I'm not sure.

I also remember something similar happening in the first CoC game but I didn't know why that happened either.
